IEEE PES MEA SBC conducted ‘CROPCON’ ideathon competition on the topic ‘sustainable agriculture’ on 13th may 23. CROPCON was conducted to celebrate PES day 23 .The competition was open to all students of various Engineering Colleges. The participants submitted their entries through the google form provided. Agriculture sector is indeed an unknown sector for most students nowadays. The topic was indeed a sensitive one; it prompts the participants to research more about the challenges, technical intervention,and scientific interventions in agriculture.
